Palestine Mall — Academy Sports + Outdoors Redevelopment

Significant corporate redevelopment converting an existing mall property into a new Academy Sports + Outdoors. Scope included 48,000 SF of attached building demolition, 120,000+ SF of interior demo, 60,000 SF of asbestos abatement, 300,000+ SF of asphalt work, and 400+ LF of new water and storm utilities across the full site.
