Concrete is one of our in-house trades: foundations, slabs, flatwork, and floor work, performed by our own crews so schedule and quality stay in our hands.
We fabricate, prime, and erect structural steel ourselves. For Oldcastle's Denton plant expansion, that was about 21 tons of steel set to roughly 43 feet. More on steel work.

Renovations and tenant build-outs from demolition through final finish. We coordinate plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work alongside interiors and finishes — lighting, restrooms, storefront, millwork — bringing in qualified trade partners where the scope calls for it.
