Oldcastle — Concrete Plant Expansion
Fabrication, priming, and erection of approximately 21 tons of structural steel for an expansion of Oldcastle's concrete manufacturing plant in Denton, Texas. JEM Builders custom-fabricated and primed all steel components, then erected the structure to approximately 43 feet in height, supporting the expansion of the precast concrete production facility.
4767 Iberia — Ground-Up Office/Flex Building
Owner's representation and construction management for the developer on a ground-up two-story office/flex building in the Dallas Design District, from site work through final finish-out.
JITC — Work/Live, Retail & Workshop Development
Design, planning, permitting, site work, paving, and landscaping for a nearly 99,000 SF work/live, retail, workshop, and third-place development.
Palestine Mall — Academy Sports + Outdoors Redevelopment
Significant corporate redevelopment converting an existing mall property into a new Academy Sports + Outdoors. Scope included 48,000 SF of attached building demolition, 120,000+ SF of interior demo, 60,000 SF of asbestos abatement, 300,000+ SF of asphalt work, and 400+ LF of new water and storm utilities across the full site.
400 Bishop Ave — Light Industrial Renovation
Full commercial improvement renovation of approximately 50,000 SF of light industrial space across multiple buildings, taken from rough existing conditions to fully renovated and tenant-ready in about a month and a half. Scope included demolition, new roof, exterior repaint, new storefront and windows, landscaping throughout, polished concrete floors, LED lighting, updated bathrooms, and interior paint and build-out — start to finish.

Ground-up development of a boat and RV storage facility for Rec Nation.

Foxconn Manufacturing Campus — International Partner Support
Partnership support for Jianxing — a global GC with a deep track record building for Foxconn, Pegatron, and Wistron — on their U.S. expansion efforts: construction loan document review, multilingual technical translation, and bridging international expertise to U.S. permitting, compliance, and subcontractor coordination.
